3. OFFICERS



Officers are responsible for regular interaction with guild members, ensuring that support is provided as required for all other members of <Darksiders>. They facilitate guild runs and provide supportive administrative tasks to the Guild Master. Guild is to forward all concerns about behavioral issues to any Officer online. Officers reserve the right to dismiss any member, combatant or recruiter who is directly rude to them or blatantly disregards any enforcement of guild rules. We're here to help everyone. 

Roles and Responsibilities

**All Officers will be designated these general responsibilities

*Officers must conduct and organize runs for the guild on a regular basis. "A Call to Arms"
*Officers must formally introduce new Members to the guild at the soonest opportunity (Example: "Welcome to DS - Respect - Please don't beg - Have fun")
*Officers contribute to the guild fund for rewards and recognition programs and contests.
*Officers must understand rules of both game and guild.
*Officers must have good communication, strong problem-solving ability and leadership skills.
*Officers must have demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results.
*Officers must provide feedback for Master and other Officers in areas that needs improving.

*Officers must join and regularly check LINE guild group chat and LINE leaders group chat.
*Officers must check and monitor everyone in making sure there are no issues within the guild
*Officers must encourage and help everyone to complete all APs and dailies.

**Each Officer will be assessed to fit into one of these specializations in order to not only facilitate the guild but to ensure that the Officers have an opportunity to grow and use their strengths to the fullest!

AmbassadorOfficers in this capacity will focus on interaction with our Recruiting team. To help develop new strategies to work with other guilds.

HeraldOfficers in this capacity will focus on ensuring that all new members are educated on how and where to find our LINE group chat and/or Discord. They will also ensure to have staggered meetings throughout the week to help make sure all members are sufficiently informed on news, updates and any contests happening. 

InquisitorOfficers in this capacity will focus on ensuring that any and all new players are immediately catered to and ensure that all maps are completed almost as soon as they join the guild. 

MyrmidonOfficers in this capacity will focus on PvP. These officers will be tasked with moderating any PvP events as well as motivating players to PvP on a regular basis.

3.1. MAIN OFFICERS (MO)

MO will be chosen by the current Officers and MasterMO cannot be replaced every season, unless they request for demotion or are taking a long break from game.

3.2. SEASONAL OFFICERS (SO)

​

SO  will be nominated by the Master, Co-Master and MO. Only then the nomination will be voted by the guild members through a poll (on LINE guild group chat). The result of the poll will become consideration for the Master, Co-Master and MO to come to the final decision. There will be total 4 SOs to be chosen every season.

SO will be auto-demoted to Recruiters when the timeline of 90 days is over and new season of the next SO nomination will start.

4. RECRUITERS


Recruiters are responsible for recruiting potential members to guild and supporting the Officers to keep the regular interactions in guild.

Roles and Responsibilities

**All Recruiters will be designated these general responsibilities

*Recruiters must have good communication and understanding of rules to both game and guild.
*Recruiters must invite players who are level 71+ with 15K PvE kills and 15K Aps.
*Recruiters must not invite players from other Top Leaderboard guilds unless they have left that guild and ask to join us.
*Recruiters must show leadership and give new members a quick rundown on the basic rules and ask them to join LINE App, to subscribe to guild Youtubers, or Discord.
*Recruiters must join and regularly check LINE guild group chat.
*Recruiters must work closely with our Officers and support their decision. If someone was removed from guild, DO NOT invite them back. Ban and thin line list is included in NOTES on LINE guild group chat. Recruiters must make sure that they are updated on the list of names.


 

Guild Charter




#1 Wear your guild title

Please wear <Darksiders> at formal Guild Events and when among your peers. 
**Note: Though there is no repercussion if you do not. Guild pride is taken into account when considering promotions to becoming an Officer.**



#2 Do not beg

Someone who does not feel comfortable will report you to an Officer or Master.

This includes:

(a) Asking for money or items, resulting in a complaint.
**Note: Best is to not ask at all**

(b) Asking for a promotion, resulting in a complaint.
**Note: Asking how to be promoted is different than asking to be promoted**
**Note: Failure to comply will result in an infraction**




#3 Have fun!

"Fun" must NOT be at another person’s expense.

(a) No Random invites to Party without notice
**Note: Please ask first**

(b) Do not be rude to fellow guildmates 
**Note: take it out of guild chat. if you cannot handle it yourself, ask an Officer for help**

(c) Refrain from swearing or adult topics in our Guild Chat. Partner Chat has no restrictions
**Note: We have children playing too**

(d) When guild battle is active, do not enter battlefield without permission 
**Note: Failure to comply will result in an infraction**



#4 Recruiting

Recruiters and Officers will only recruit level 71+ players. 
PvE Kills: 15k
AP's: 15k or we can help them achieve this

You will be the judge if you think our guild suits them and that they would get along with everyone.
Make sure to welcome them upon successful invite to guild and join us in LINE group chat and/or Discord. Introduce the 3 guild ground rules.

**Note: If an exception is to be made it must be reported to an Officer and approved by the Master.**

#5 Becoming a Combatant

(a) Members require Level 71+ to get the Combatant title.
(b) Members need to communicate and get along with fellow peers.
(c) Members needs to learn the basic rules of guild and game.
(d) Alts. must still meet these requirements to become Combatant.



#6 Becoming a Recruiter

(a) Combatant requires Level 76 and be active.

(b) Combatant are voted by Officers or Master for recommendation.
(c) Combatant must have good knowledge about the rules of guild and game.
(d) Alts. must still meet these requirements to become Recruiters.



#7 Becoming an Officer 

(a) Officers will only be elected by vote based on the needs of the guild subject (for MO) and based on 90 days-season (for SO), to the decision of the Master. Please read Officers section for more information.
(b) Must be a Recruiter to be nominated for this position.
(c) Be capped level and have PvE title: Exalted or PvP title: Gladiator

#8 Activity

 

Officers, Recruiters and Combatant will only be demoted to the lower ranks if the individual asks to be demoted or if the individual goes inactive without prior notice for a very long period of time, time in this case may vary.

 

Members will not be removed due to inactivity, unless the individual goes inactive without prior notice for a very long period of time, time in this case may vary.
 


**Note: Individual results may vary if the reasoning is provided to the leaders before departure**
** There is only a limited number allowed in guild which is currently at 300. If it reaches to the maximum, then recruitment is closed**




#9 Guild battles / PvP

We actively are training, whether you are at a beginner’s level or advance. Our training spot is Outpost / TDM / CTF / Duel. We have guild discord to use during battles. Do not kill your guild mates during any PvP sessions unless specifically agreed upon. This does not apply to Outpost. We do guild battles most days, but this is only for the Advance players. To be on the Advance team you need to be at level 76, be fully equipped and hold the Gladiator title. 



#10 Privacy

Reporting is a serious issue. If a report on an individual is made public, you also violate the rights of their privacy. Disputes will be dealt via Tells, or Party message where a leader and both parties will come together. No private matters, reports, disputes or otherwise private discussion will be done in a public domain such as guild chat or anywhere an individual’s privacy is otherwise jeopardized.

#11 Reporting

Please report infractions directly to an Officer as soon as possible. They will decide if the situation is worthy of a warning. Warnings work as follows. 

(a) 1st Warning is verbal and reported to the Master
(b) 2nd Warning will result in demotion if applicable - Your name will appear on the "Thin Line" list.
(c) 3rd Warning will result in removal from the guild - Your name will appear on the "Blacklist" - You may not rejoin <Darksiders> until Master and Officers agree it is okay.

#12 Infractions

(a) Infractions last 1 month from the time of being reported
(b) You cannot be promoted if you currently have an infraction against you. 
(c) Infractions disappear after 1 month of good behaviour.

#13 Live Streaming & Recording

As a guild, we would like to invite & encourage you all to feel free to Live Stream / Record your adventures with DS. We don’t want to impose loads of rules / regulations, but we would ask you all to adhere & respect a few basic common courtesy guidelines.

When wishing to Live Stream or Record a guild PvP, PvE or Social Events please inform all participants in discord / guildchat / partychat that you wish to Live Stream or Record and ask if anyone has any objections for you to proceed.

Popular Youtubers like Slekki is usually recording when they are online.
